As a civil litigator for 17 years, Chad represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He handled hundreds of mediations and gained extensive courtroom experience while practicing in all aspects of insurance and general liability litigation, such as first and third-party property insurance, insurance coverage, bad-faith litigation, premises liability, personal injury, PIP, product liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and commercial litigation.
Chad has litigated cases in various jurisdictions throughout the State of Florida in both state and federal courts. Prior to becoming a certified mediator, Chad was a shareholder at an AM Law 100 firm representing one of the largest retailers in the United States. Chad was born in Miami Beach, Florida and grew up in Coral Springs, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a B.A. in Political Science and he received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2007.

Mediation Services

In-Person Mediations
Limited to Full Day mediations only. Mediations may occur at one of the lawyers' offices, a court reporter’s office, or other agreed-upon location. Travel (portal to portal) will be billed equally to each party at half the hourly rate and travel-related expenses will be added to the invoice if required for attendance.
Zoom Mediation Rates
🟢 2 Party Mediations: $180.00 per party, per hour
🟢 3 Party Mediations: $150.00 per party, per hour
Half Day mediations have a 3-hour minimum, or the reserved time if greater than 3-hours. Full Day mediations have a 6-hour minimum, or the reserved time if greater than 6-hours. There are no scheduling or administrative fees.
